How does it work?
The specified developer will instruct a local estate agent to survey your property, this is a free service.
When the survey is completed we will discuss the valuation with you and a market price is agreed.
We market your property and agree to reserve a plot at the specified development for a period of 4 – 6 weeks at this point you will be asked to pay a £1000 reservation fee; this will be taken off the purchase price of your chosen property upon legal completion.
When a purchaser is found for your property that can proceed straight away, a formal reservation will take place and you and your purchaser will have a four week contract issued via your solicitors. A completion date will be advised upon exchange of contracts.

Consultant will monitor the progress of your sale direct with the estate agents and keep you updated.

□ Estate agents fees are paid by the developer, easing the cost of moving.
□ We monitor the process for you and notify you on any feedback.
However, if after 6 weeks your property hasn’t sold either party can withdraw from the transaction and the £1,000 reservation fee will be refunded. Please note that this allotted time period will be subject to the expected completion date of your new home.
