At Shortland Horne New Homes we offer several incentives for First Time Buyers to help them purchase their first property.
Incentives include:
Legal fees paid
Interior design package to the value of £2,000
5% deposit paid
Flooring
and many others.
All incentives are subject to criteria and will be allocated as where needed, all incetives will not be given at any one time. They are there to help First Time buyers where they need help to enable them to purchase.
