Government legislation now requires owners of homes in England and Wales with 3 or more bedrooms to commission a Home Information Pack (HIP) when putting their property on the market. This includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) as well as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. We expect this to include all properties in due course.
