David has been devoted to property in Coventry for over 45 years and has recently received an MBE due to his devotion to the regeneration of Coventry City. David deals with all property services including land acquisitions, new home sites, residential and commercial work. Schemes in which David has been involved in are Electric Wharf, AGCO Massey Fergusons now Bannerbrook Park, Priory Place, Ribbon Factory, Belgrade Plaza and the Ricoh to name but a few.
Likes – Coventry City Football Club and has been a loyal supporter since a boy, loves spending time with his family and some Spanish sun!

I am office based in our Coventry City Centre branch and support the team with all the administration around putting the houses live on the market as well as answering phones and speaking to vendors and clients.

Debbie joined the Shortland Horne Team as PA to Directors in December 2009, she is a passionate and loyal member of staff and is always on hand to resolve any problems that may arise. Debbie has progressed to Company Secretary splitting her working hours between all branches of Shortland Horne. She enjoys her weekends spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, running to keep fit around the Memorial Park and once a year enjoys her chill out weekend at Ragdale Hall Health Spa.
Adam is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and has assisted in the rental of numerous properties in Coventry. His main roles include helping applicants into their new homes.

‘After retiring from being a professional sportsman I decided to build a career in the property world. I have always had an interest in this industry and now with experience gained over recent years and having acquired my ARLA accreditation I am able to assist and advise landlords and tenants accordingly. I enjoy spending time with my family, mainly trips with my wife and two young children’.
I am based in our Coventry City Centre office, I have 20 years experience within the industry covering all aspects from sales, surveys, commercial and most recently lettings which is where my passion really lies. I work in the property management team, my role here is to carry out tenant referencing, making sure that we are fully compliant, liaising with both prospective tenants and landlords and getting tenants moved into their dream home. I also help manage renewals, maintenance, inventories and inspections.

I am based within the Coventry City Centre Branch. My day to day duties consist of Booking in viewings & valuations, Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximize the selling value. Handling inquiries about properties from potential buyers, and General administrative tasks. I also take part in residential sales viewings which involve arriving ahead of time at each property and opening it up to welcome potential buyers or renters to look round.
Likes – I enjoy spending as much of my free time as possible taking my daughter out to do activities. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Dislikes – Enclosed spaces, Heights & Most of all Creepy crawlies!
I started my careers in estate agency over a year ago. My first job role was as a lettings negotiator, this has given me a large amount of skills in dealing with both letting & sales within the industry. Starting my career within Shortland Horne in summer 2019 has boosted my skills further into sales, as one of the negotiator here I cover all standard and new build properties. This means liaising and meeting with new developers/builder and site managers.

Coming from a background in both Lettings and Sales, and having more recently, having headed up the Sales department for a local independent firm after a stint of Teaching at a local Primary School. I moved to Shortland Horne to work for a market leader, with a strong emphasis on client focus and transparency, being at the very forefront of their company values.
