I am currently using Shortland Horne as my letting agent for my property. When I initially called for an enquiry to see if someone would be able to view the property and discuss further to let my property out; Danny was able to do this all on the same day. Whilst other estate agents were unable to or were to slow with their reaponses. His service is efficient, professional, approachable and is very knowledgeable in his field. Most estate agents I have spoken to come across as very pushy and sales driven. However with Danny it was more about understanding what I wanted and needed and how Shortland Horne could accommodate that for me. I would definitely recommend Danny\'s service to anyone who is considering to let their property out.

This is my second experience using Shortland Horne. First time was with the Walsgrave office and this time with the City Centre office. Andy Griffin and his team were brilliant throughout the whole process. I really cannot recommend them enough. I'd not hesitate to use them again in the future.
